The theme for Education Sunday 2024 is Learning together: education in our community.
This year’s readings from the Revised Common Lectionary are:
- Proverbs 22 v1, 2, 8, 9, 22, 23
- Psalm 125
- James 2 v1-10, (11-13), 14-17
- Mark 7 v24-37
The resources will be available on the Education Sunday website soon and are designed to help you prepare for your own celebration on or around Education Sunday, or on any other day throughout the year, such as at the start or end of the academic year. You can use these resources in your church, in local schools, colleges and universities and in other places of learning.
